CONTEXT

About Clean Palette

Clean Palette is a health spa café concept led by Anna Johansson, a Nutrition and Dietetics graduate passionate about sharing her expertise in holistic wellness. Located on Queens Quay, Toronto, ON, the café is designed to be a tranquil retreat, where guests can indulge in nutritional food and medicinal teas while embracing a balanced lifestyle.

Targeting urban young adults aged 30-35, Clean Palette embodies a contemporary illustration aesthetic, drawing inspiration from Louise Fili’s modern yet timeless design approach. The visual identity features pastel tones, fostering a calming and holistic ambiance, with modern typography reinforcing the brand’s sleek and sophisticated appeal. The thoughtful use of color and design aims to positively impact customers’ mental and emotional well-being.

The café’s name, Clean Palette, is a clever play on words, reflecting both a fresh, nutritious diet and the idea of a blank canvas for new beginnings. This concept is further emphasized by the slogan, “Let’s start fresh!”, inviting customers to embark on a journey toward healthier living.
